About Ed Verg
Behind the Transcending Author
His father came to Mexico in 1937 as a child political refugee, due to the Spanish Civil War,
they were named “ Los ninos de Morelia”. He understands the tragic and fatal consequences
of war — the separation and destruction of families caused by such conflicts. However, these
experiences inspired him to pursue personal growth and a search for meaning and purpose in
life.
Ed Vergara has always distinguished himself for his dedication to Science, Art,
Universal History. His excellent professional training and licensing has lead him to be
specialist in Urban Planning, Architecture, construction and he is an expert in Health and
safety in construction (OSHA). He has gone on to design commercial, residential, and
industrial buildings, many of his pictures which are adorned with his own paintings, across
Latin America, including Guatemala, Mexico, and the United States.

"You are literally what you think of yourself. Your beliefs are not made of realities. Rather, your reality is being formed every day by your beliefs." ―Ed Vergara
Ed's Work: Art & Writing
Writing
Driven by a desire for personal growth and transcendence, he began to question the deeper meaning of life. After a successful career in architecture and urban planning, he felt compelled to explore more spiritual and intellectual dimensions. He started writing books as a way to decode the universe and understand the human purpose. His work blends artistic sensitivity with structured thought, building bridges between the tangible and the unseen.

Art by Ed Verg
In an effort to continue expressing his drive and desire for growth and transcendence, Ed has expanded his creative journey into the realm of design and artistic expression. This new collection of paintings reflects his evolving vision—one that seeks to capture the unseen forces, emotions, and ideas that shape our experience. Each piece is a continuation of his exploration of beauty, meaning, and the deeper layers of existence. We are proud to present this body of work in the exhibit as a testament to that ongoing journey.
